We are looking for a Digital Marketer Specialist based in the Central time zone — preferably Austin — with a desire to join a fast-paced global Marketing team and build on our company’s high growth.
The position reports to the Demand Generation Director within Revenue Marketing. You will collaborate cross-functionally with distributed teams, and agency partners, working in an Agile-Scrum framework. You’ll get to work with and optimize multiple channel tactics, strategies, platforms, and tools to increase market awareness and support pipeline creation goal.
YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:
Driving high quality leads from Content Syndication campaigns to support our ABM strategy
- Update quarterly brief for the media agency
- Identify content to be promoted
- Work with marketing operations to set up campaigns
- Prepare all materials for optimal & timely execution
- End to end roll out in collaboration with our agency
- Manage weekly lead import in Marketo in collaboration with marketing operations team
- Report and analyze on program performance
- Identify optimization levers
Planning and executing successful and cost effective display advertising campaigns to raise awareness, increase web traffic and drive conversions.
- Contribute to media research, planning and publisher selection
- Identify the right tactics and strategies to support our goal and complement existing channels (native display programmatic, report sponsorship, newsletters, podcasts, display advertising, paid media).
- Manage end-to-end roll out of the campaigns in collaboration with the agency, the Senior Marketing Manager and the publishers
- Collaborate internally with our content team (tech brief, performance reviews)
- Monitor and report regularly on results, KPIs and overall campaign performance
- Analyze data and identify optimizations
Supporting the Senior Digital Marketing Manager on reporting and optimization
- Maintain Digital Performance reports up to date (Paid Social Linkedin, Meta, X, Display Advertising, Demandbase, Rollworks…)
- Create charts/data visualizations for Quarterly Business Review
- Document campaign change log and report optimization results
- Collaborate with content team, design team, operations and other stakeholders to provide feedback on campaign performance
- Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in our digital strategies.

- At least 2 years Digital Marketing experience, prioritizing across multiple work streams simultaneously while delivering to standards
- Knowledge of digital marketing terminology, key terms and their definitions
- Experience in lead generation and customer acquisition strategies
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets required
- Bachelor’s degree; concentration in Business Administration-Marketing or a comparable discipline preferred

The annual base salary compensation range for this role reflects US market pay data within this location. The exact compensation offered for this role may vary depending on specific location and job-related knowledge, technical skills, and experience; and is only one part of our Total Rewards philosophy to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
