How you will contribute:

As an Account Strategist, you will serve as a key point of contact between Arena and strategic customers, embedding into enterprises to diagnose their business needs, identify pain points, and strategize how our technology can solve their problems.

  • You will coordinate closely with our CEO, GMs, and forward deployed teams to manage existing customers and identify new opportunities for growth within customer accounts.
  • You will own both the relationships and outcomes, building close working relationships with business and technical stakeholders across customer organizations.
  • You will thoughtfully prepare and present materials for executive proposals, pitches, and check-ins.
  • You will contribute to overall business and product strategy and synthesize customer feedback.

Required Qualifications:

  • Working full-time in our office in NYC
  • Ability and eagerness to travel 75% of the time, domestically and internationally
  • A sincere drive to understand our enterprise customers and dig deep into their business
  • The ability to independently create highly polished, client-ready materials and conduct product demonstrations
  • Experience working directly with executives at large enterprises
  • Being well informed on AI technology developments
  • A low ego and an eagerness to thrive in ambiguity

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 yr. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we also offer competitive equity and benefits packages.
