Athelas is actively seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, a role pivotal to the company's mission to redefine and enhance revenue streams through innovative marketing strategies. Reporting directly to the General Manager, your role will be essential within the Growth Team at Athelas. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of identifying and tapping into new channels and strategic opportunities to amplify revenue and market presence. Your responsibilities will encompass the development and execution of cutting-edge marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on analytics to understand market dynamics and trends.
Your role is not just limited to conceptualizing and implementing campaigns. You will be diving deep into market analysis, understanding consumer behavior, and keeping an eye on competitive movements to ensure Athelas stays ahead of the curve. Your approach will be deeply rooted in analytics, with a methodical and data-driven mindset that transforms raw data into actionable strategies. Your impact will be felt across the company as you collaborate closely with sales, product development, and analytics teams to create a cohesive and unified growth strategy.
As a Growth Marketing Manager at Athelas, you will be more than a campaign planner; you will be a growth catalyst, driving the company towards new heights in a competitive marketplace. This role demands a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a keen sense of market dynamics, positioning you as a critical player in steering Athelas towards its growth objectives.
Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, ultimately driving revenue.
Track and report on the performance of growth initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to drive increased revenue.
Design and execute A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness.
Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in growth hacking/marketing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business goals.
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Utilize customer segmentation and targeting techniques to tailor marketing efforts and increase campaign relevance.
Oversee the creation of engaging and effective marketing content, including ads, landing pages, and promotional materials.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
Foster relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance marketing efforts and explore new avenues for growth.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in growth marketing within the tech and/or healthcare industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with A/B testing, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising strategies.
Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize marketing budgets efficiently.
Familiarity with the latest trends in digital marketing and technology.
Ability to work cross-functionally with teams like product development, sales, and customer support.
Creative thinking with the capability to identify and pursue new growth opportunities.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Please note this position is an on-site position requiring being on-site 5 days a week in Mountain View, CA.
The salary range that Commure reasonably expects to pay for this position is $90,000 - $140,000. Actual salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to your salary, Commure also offers many competitive elements in our total compensation package for employees such as equity, a comprehensive benefits package, and flexible time off.
