About the Role: We are looking for a talented and driven Mid-Market Sales Manager to lead an AE sales team and drive growth within the Scribe vertical.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Manage: Oversee a team of account executives, coaching them to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals within the mid-market segment.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand our market share with the Scribe product.

  • Mentorship & Coaching: Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to sales team members, helping them to enhance their skills and achieve individual targets.

  • Performance Management: Set clear performance goals and metrics for the sales team, and monitor their progress to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Team Expansion: Recruit, interview, and develop new sales team members as needed to support business growth.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Implementation, Product Engineers, Account Managers, and Enablement, to streamline sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to uncover opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular 1:1 with members of the team, provide constructive feedback, and drive continuous improvement within the team.

  • Client Relations: Manage key client relationships and engage in high-level negotiations and in-person closing meetings as necessary.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on sales performance to senior management.

Your Background:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in full sales cycle SaaS AE role with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales with a strong record of achieving targets.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn SN, and Zoom Info.

  • Leadership: Motivated to coach, enable, and mentor sales professionals, with a passion for optimizing sales processes and challenging traditional sales models.

  • Start-up Environment: Enjoy working in a fast-paced, challenging environment, taking initiative, experimenting with new strategies, and sharing insights with your team.

    This full-time position requires being able to work in person in our Lehi, UT office.
