This full-time position requires working 5 days a week in our (Mountain View, CA) office.

What You'll Do

  • Qualify and engage with a high volume of quality leads generated from platforms like Google and Meta.

  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client pain points, demonstrating empathy and aligning our solutions to their specific challenges.

  • Lead product demos, showcasing how our solutions can directly impact and improve provider workflows and patient care.

  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine lead strategies, align messaging, and optimize outreach for maximum impact.

  • Maintain accurate CRM data, ensuring all communications are tracked for clear reporting and pipeline management.

  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to lead qualification, demo delivery, and opportunity creation.

  • Become an expert in the healthcare space, using your knowledge and empathy to connect with prospects authentically and drive meaningful conversations.

  • Develop and refine sales skills, setting the stage for a successful career path within our company.

What You Have

  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role, preferably within SaaS.

  • A 4-year degree in Business or a related field is preferred.

  • A track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a passion for engaging and helping customers.

  • Strong customer empathy and the ability to connect with prospects' needs, particularly in the healthcare sector.

  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to lead demos and engage prospects at all levels, including executives and healthcare professionals.

  • Highly organized with strong time management skills, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented with a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
