The Technical Product Manager, AvaCloud, works within Ava Labs’ product team. The product team works cross-functionally between engineering, product design, marketing and business development to ensure Ava Labs features get released on time and to specification. The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for identifying innovative solutions to customer opportunities faced when managing and deploying custom blockchains on Avalanche. The Technical Product Manager will work closely with engineering, product design, other product teams, and marketing to deliver features in support of the product vision.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support, coordinate, and execute strategic project work related to the AvaCloud product
  • Collaborates with product and business stakeholders to align on project priorities and work streams to ensure timely feature delivery
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects with multiple work streams that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Assist large scale, company-wide projects through planning, development, launch, stabilization, debrief facilitation and close
  • Support resolution and prioritization of ad hoc requests, bugs, and required updates
  • Manage and escalate project risks and issues as appropriate
  • Establish mechanisms and metrics that measure product feature adoption
  • Support on the creation of quarterly business reviews that can accurately capture performance by using SLAs and KPIs

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience
  • Require a BS degree in CS, MIS or equivalent
  • A profound interest in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
  • Experience with agile tools - Jira for task delegation and assignment and tracking completion of items
  • An organizational freak with the ability to interpret and consolidate large amounts of information
  • A self starter who can handle work with high level guidelines
  • Experience interacting with customers and support B2B products

Salary Range: $105,000 to $131,200
