About the Role:
Socure is looking for an experienced Sales Enablement and Training Manager to join the growing team at Socure. This critical role will help empower sales growth and ensure effectiveness of enablement programs through methodical execution on onboarding, ramp, upskilling and reskilling of the sales teams. A successful candidate will build our training programs and curriculum in coordination with the team’s objectives and product rollout plans, craft enablement assets, facilitate live training sessions, coach, run simulations, and prepare on-demand resources.
As a Sales Enablement and Training Manager, you will report to the Head of Sales Enablement and collaborate with Marketing, Sales leadership and Product organizations as well as subject matter experts across the company to ensure our sales teams are best-equipped to excel in their roles.
1. Develop Training Content:
Create, update, and maintain a comprehensive library of training materials, including presentations, videos, documentation, etc.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, sales leaders, product marketing, and product teams to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the latest industry trends and product developments.
Optimize marketing content for engagement and effective customer interactions
2. Curriculum Design:
Create a structured training curriculum that aligns with the specific needs of the sales team and the strategic priorities of the business.
Continuously adapt and evolve the curriculum to address changing market conditions and emerging fraud prevention trends.
3. Elevate onboarding experience:
Manage and enhance the sales onboarding program to dramatically expedite the ramp-up process for new sales hires.
Introduce and promote innovative learning tools and sales techniques to scale onboarding as the company grows.
4. Upskill and reskill talent:
Ensure that all members of the GTM organization, including sales, solution consultants, account managers, and technical account managers, have the necessary product, technology, and market expertise.
Build and manage product and vertical certification programs.
5. Coach talent:
Co-design the coaching program with the sales leadership to ensure every customer-facing Socurean has optimal performance and is prepared to succeed
6. Be a passionate coach and Socure advocate:
Be the outstanding expert in Socure product suite, gain deep knowledge of the customer and the market
5+ years of experience in sales enablement or direct sales within the enterprise SaaS industry, preferably in fraud protection, identity verification, or digital customer acquisition.
3+ years of direct experience in sales enablement, learning development, or sales strategy.
Thorough understanding of enterprise SaaS sales processes, sales methodologies (Challenger, Command of the Message, or other), and the buyer's journey.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
Data-driven approach with a track record of setting and achieving success metrics and qualifying improvements.
Solid project management and organizational skills.
Ability to lead with passion and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced, high-growth remote environment.
Base Salary range: $120,000 - $140,000
This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job related factors. Socure's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, equity, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
