About The Role:
The role of the SDR is to connect with stakeholders within different healthcare facilities, introduce Clipboard Health, generate interest in Clipboard Health with those stakeholders, and set appointments with decision-makers to learn more about how Clipboard Health can solve staffing shortages.
SDRs are provided with a list of accounts to prospect, qualify, and nurture. SDRs generate interest with stakeholders via call and email outreach. SDRs start by gathering the name, emails, and direct numbers of key stakeholders at each facility by making calls and simultaneously checking the website for useful information. Stakeholders and decision-makers vary from facility to facility. There are many similarities, but not every facility operates exactly the same. It is the job of the SDR to gather this information and understand the inner workings of the target facility.
Continuously educate healthcare staff about our products & service while building value with decision-makers.
Build the start to long-lasting relationships with our health care facilities; Continuously serve as the liaison when needs arise.
You genuinely care about the customers, their current needs, and future needs.
Show a high degree of time-management and organization skills; when managing multiple accounts and pipelines simultaneously.
As a rapidly growing start-up, showcasing effective collaboration skills is a must to ensure we are cross-functionally aligned as we are quickly scaling.
You will be measured by the new contracts you close and the net revenue that you contribute to.

The Sales Development Representative is a vital part of our sales team. This person will be responsible for the research and qualification profess for new lines of business. This person will help to explore new opportunities and industries for our company, and be comfortable calling upon, qualifying and selling to multiple lines of business.
