Color is a health technology company that makes population-scale healthcare programs accessible, convenient, and cost-effective for everyone. We work with employers, labor unions, national health initiatives, governments, and public health institutions to provide the tools for preventive health and disease management, including cancer early detection, screening, and care management.
Apply to join Color and do the most meaningful work of your career. If you are not sure that you’re 100% qualified but are up for the challenge - we want you to apply!
The Engagement Marketing team is seeking a curious, nimble, and detail-oriented Engagement Marketing Manager to support the project management and execution of multi-channel communication campaigns that will drive member enrollment across Color’s entire customer base and lead B2B2C email marketing efforts. You’ll understand the population, the channels that work best to reach them, the messaging that resonates most with them, and enrollment goals to recommend a client-specific strategy. Beyond your client work, you’ll own strategic initiatives to evolve our craft, scale our efforts, and test innovative ideas.
You will collaborate with the Customer Success Managers to earn the trust of key customer stakeholders through the strength of our strategic and creative recommendations. You’ll enjoy the role if you are energized by brainstorming with clients, understanding their unique (and often complex) outreach challenges, and partnering with internal design, Medical Affairs, and product teams to build a successful enrollment and engagement program.
