About the role:
We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, training, and scaling our sales development team. You will work closely with the Director of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals. You will manage a team of sales development representatives (SDRs) who are responsible for qualifying leads and setting up appointments for our account executives. The ideal candidate will have a sales development playbook they bring and can execute without a lot of oversight.
What you will do:
o Build and lead a high-performing sales development team that meets or exceeds sales targets.
o Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals.
o Hire and train SDRs to ensure they have the skills and resources they need to succeed.
o Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts.
o Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including account executives, marketing, and customer success teams.
About you:
o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
o 3+ years of experience in building, training, and scaling sales development teams.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
o Experience with Hubspot or other CRM tools is a plus.
