About the role:
The ERP Training Lead will lead the training work for an Oracle MFCS ERP implementation for a retail organization. Responsibilities will include Designing the training approach, developing training materials and training end users.
What you will do:
o Lead the training work for an Oracle MFCS ERP implementation for a retail organization.
o Design the training approach
o Develop training materials
o Deliver Trainer and train end users
o Develop and administer training evaluations; analyze results and recommendation changes as needed
o Work closely with client teams to handoff knowledge once the project is completed.
o Plan and manage project plans and budgets. Monitor and manage risks and issues; bring risks and issues (and mitigation plans) to the attention of the client; negotiate resolutions.
o Foster a culture of continuous improvement, seeking feedback, analyzing results, and refining change management strategies for ongoing initiative
About you:
o Bachelor’s degree in business, management, project management, or related field.
o 5+ years of experience training business users
o Must have experience with ERP implementations, in particular the finance and procurement functions
o Experience conducting both in-person and remote training
o Retail experience strongly preferred
o Must be detail-oriented and produce high-quality work products
o Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to:
- Work independently and produce high-quality work on time
- Work collaboratively across vendor and project partners
- Manage tight deadlines
- Be flexible when plans need to change
- Be able to adopt their training style to the needs of the audience
- Strategic planning and project management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant industry trends, technologies and best practices.
The position is mostly remote; some on-site travel will be required in order to conduct training
Client is located in the Eastern time zone.
This is a contract position beginning mid-February and running through mid-August, 2024
