About the Role

As a Recruiting Operations and Coordination professional, you will play a pivotal role in our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring that our recruitment processes run seamlessly and efficiently. This position is at the heart of our talent acquisition strategy, where you will be responsible for streamlining and optimizing our recruiting operations, providing support to our recruiting team, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

This is a hybrid position that requires at least 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ.

You will

Recruiting Coordinator

  • Coordinating scheduling candidates for all open positions ensures a timely and positive experience.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interview panels.
  • Send interview invitations and confirmations to candidates and interviewers.
  • Ensure that all aspects of interview logistics, including the availability of meeting spaces and necessary technology, are well-organized and prepared.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, such as scheduling meetings

Recruiting Operations

  • Actively manage Greenhouse recruiting system - workflows, processes, and templates to ensure efficiency and a positive experience for everyone involved in the interview process.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and report on key metrics as per the organization’s hiring needs.
  • Actively manage our scheduling and recruiting system to ensure we are fully optimizing them as resources.
  • Maintain and update recruitment templates, documents, and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Generate reports and provide insights on recruitment metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage recruiting tool relationships with third-party vendors
  • Manage contracts and agreements with recruitment service providers.
  • Create and post job listings on various job boards and company website
  • Suggest and implement enhancements to streamline recruitment processes
  • Own and manage internal Interviewer Training
  • Maintain Glassdoor Internal Employee Review Request and responses/ Audit and ensure accurate information is
  • Manage recruiting branding on external sites such as Glassdoor, Linkedin and Built In

You have

  • 2-3 years of professional work experience in a Recruiting Coordinator role
  • Have experience with Greenhouse (ATS) and Goodtime (Scheduling)
  • Strong attention to detail, a methodical approach to organization, and the ability to manage and prioritize and a wide range of tasks
  • Excellent communication skills, written, in-person, and over the phone
  • A proactive mindset, anticipating needs and removing roadblocks before they arise
  • A knack for building rapport with a diverse group of people and working cross-functionally
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment and a keen interest in recruiting
  • Experience working with G-suite and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly
  • The flexibility to work outside of normal 9:00 am - 5:00 pm work hours when needed
  • A college degree is strongly preferred

Compensation description

Envoy's compensation package includes market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, and great benefits. If you are located in San Francisco Bay Area, our expected cash compensation for this role is $94K- $103K (Annually). Final offers may vary within the range provided based on experience, expertise, and other factors.
