We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual for a full-time position as a Senior Product Manager in the Pricing team for Flexport’s Omnichannel organization and play a key role in shaping up the Fulfillment products to find the right product-price market fit and owning impactful financial analytics. As part of one of the highest context teams within Omnichannel Fulfillment organization, this position offers a unique opportunity to learn about and drive an impact on the fulfillment business, including strategy, product positioning, unit economics and product operations. You will:

  • Develop pricing strategies for Flexport Fulfillment products based on strategic assessment, analytics and financial modeling
  • Build and maintain intricate financial models and revenue analytics that underpin our revenue management and pricing for our products
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, etc.) to incorporate inputs and build consensus around the pricing strategy and go-to-market approach
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping Omnichannel product offering based on combination of strategic, competitive and financial assessment
  • Serve as the source of truth for revenue and expected/future profitability of different merchant segments and generate bespoke pricing related dashboards to surface insights
  • Drive annual pricing update process with project management across multiple stakeholders
  • Support deal desk with bespoke unit economics assessment for key deals that will move the needle for our business
  • Support key long-term strategic projects for Fulfillment organization and enable Flexport’s goal of empowering businesses to ship anywhere, sell everywhere and grow faster (e.g, understanding merchant economics, merchant channel preference, competitive landscape benchmarking)

You should have:

  • 5-8 years of experience of leveraging a combination of product management, data analytics and financial analysis to solve business problems
  • Proficiency in leveraging SQL/Python, Excel modeling and business intelligence tools like Metabase, Looker, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information across a wide variety of sources and distill complexity for broader stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to creatively solve problems
  • High ownership and ability to thrive in a fast moving environment - you will be juggling multiple projects at the same time
  • Great communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional collaboration
  • Ideal candidates will have prior work experience in product management with additional experience/exposure to one or more of the following: data analytics, pricing/finance, or management consulting roles.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range displayed, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and / or training.
The US base salary range for this position: (exclusive of bonus, equity and benefits.)
$206,000$229,000 USD
