The Role
Flock Safety is looking for a Senior Manager to join our Product Operations team. This role will be responsible for helping us scale our new & existing products in the market. A day in the life of this role might involve leading go-to-market meetings with cross-functional stakeholders, running analysis on device performance and presenting findings to C level executives.
The ideal candidate is familiar with product operations and has demonstrated excellent leadership skills. They have an analytical mind, outstanding stakeholder management skills, and have experience with process creation & operations. Ultimately, a top-notch Product Operations Senior Manager should be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Autonomously lead cross-functional work streams to scale programs, identify opportunities for efficiency, and solve complex problems in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Supply Chain & Operations
- Plan, implement, and manage key initiatives to bring products to market
- Identify & own areas for improving efficiency & profitability through operational & product improvements
- Support and guide senior leadership by presenting key findings, projections, and recommended actions
We’re looking for people who:
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in technology, consumer products, startups, or a related field
- Experience in manufacturing or hardware product development preferred
- Highly analytical & uses data to make decisions (Excel / Google Sheets experience required, SQL preferred)
- Outstanding project management and communication (written, verbal) skills

💰Salary & Equity: In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary of $150,000-$180,000 as well as stock options
