The Role

Flock Safety is looking to hire a Sales Manager, this Manager will lead a team of Community Safety Territory Representatives (AE’s).

In this role, you will work collaboratively across the organization (technology, customer success, operations, product, etc) to ensure Flock’s products continue to be the best tool to solve crime for our clients and in turn increase ARR for our organization. A successful Manager should be a hands-on leader with strong interpersonal skills: Driving personal and individual contributor accountability, effective engagement and communication (group and individual level), problem-solving, and optimism.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Deliver & exceed your team's bookings targets
  • Deliver & exceed your team's pipeline creation targets
  • Effectively lead weekly forecast meetings, as well as forecast your teams booked ARR each quarter with an accuracy of +10%/-5%
  • Run effective & productive weekly team syncs, as well as 1:1s
  • Drive team development around deal strategy + execution
  • Comfortable leading a team of remote employees
  • Develop individual reps' skills and key behaviors
  • Work cross-functionally to increase business efficiency
  • Strong use of data & analytics to track performance of reps, identify areas of opportunity, and coach to improve the behaviors impacting those results
  • Recruit and build team over time

We’re looking for people who:

  • 3+ years as a successful sales rep, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • 2+ years sales leadership experience preferably in a SaaS environment

💰Salary & Equity: In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary of $85,000-90,000K as well as stock options
