As a Senior Analyst, Deal Desk you will work cross-functionally with our Revenue Operations, Billing, Sales, Customer Success, Contracts and Legal teams to provide quoting and deal structuring support to the Revenue Team. This will be a growth position as Flock Safety’s business continues to expand.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Flock Safety’s subscription and pricing models to provide deal structuring and quoting support to our revenue teams
- Be a creative problem solver who finds a way to meet customers’ needs while adhering to Flock Safety’s selling policies
- Solve customer satisfaction issues following execution of the deal
- Actively negotiate deals directly with the customer as needed
- Work cross functionally across various stakeholder groups including legal, contracts, sales operations, order management, revenue, finance and product management
- Function as point of contact and subject matter expert for Sales and Customer Success teams on deal pricing matters
- Drive adherence to internal controls, protocols and business rules
- Build processes to efficiently scale deal operations
- Define and maintain standards and templates (e.g. SOW, Proposal) in support of Services Deal Desk policies and processes
- Take initiative to recognize obstacles to deal process efficiency, create solutions, and drive enablement for improvement
- Author playbooks to address customer negotiation issues, process documentation, and other enablement material for the benefit of the revenue team
- Identify opportunities for improvement through deal analytics & benchmarking
We’re looking for people who:
- Experienced in 4+ years of related processes such as sales operations, finance, sales strategy, and sales enablement
- Confident in deal structuring/quoting complex SaaS transactions for a fast-growing company
- Knowledgeable of revenue recognition principles & a thorough understanding of quote to cash process flow
- Comfortable representing the company to customers in negotiations and resolving customer satisfaction issues
- Strong in your attention to detail and communication skills
- Able to work and multi-task in fast paced, high pressure environment
- Data-driven with strong quantitative skills
- The ability to read, interpret, scrutinize, and draft business terms
- Adeptness at business partnering and collaborating with cross functional teams, building meaningful business relationships along the way
- Affinity for defining and communicating policies, processes and business requirements
- Experience with Salesforce and CPQ

💰Salary & Equity: In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary of $90,000 - $105,000 as well as stock options.
