The Role

At Flock Safety, the Revenue Enablement Operations Specialist was designed as a key role in scaling our organization. You will partner with specific teams across the org and the Sr. Director of Revenue Enablement to design and analyze key metrics, administer our tools and technology, and help create content and execute programs needed to sell more effectively and achieve quota in a scalable, predictable, and repeatable fashion.

This is a high-visibility role that will collaborate across all functions of the business to enable our team to efficiently and effectively drive Revenue for Flock.

How you'll make an impact:

  • You will gather information across multiple teams and package it in an organized and digestible fashion to communicate efficiently across teams
  • In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our CMS/LMS platform administration, execution, governance and design.
  • The role takes on a combination of platform administration and design thinking - maximizing the role of our enablement platform to scale content, learning and drive key initiatives.
  • The role requires effective project management and communication skills, the ability to create and innovate the design & development of learning content and the ability to leverage technology to scale
  • You will participate in the development and design of team playbooks, training decks, and content that drives efficient revenue execution
  • Proficient in tool administration, governance and user experience design
  • Proficient in project management skills with the ability to identify, prioritize and execute on projects
  • Strong communication skills and proactive problem solving

We're looking for people who:

  • 3-5 years in operations and/or enablement execution
  • 1-3 years of related experience in platform administration
  • Experience with modern enablement tools such as Salesforce, Seismic or equivalent CRM, CMS & LMS solutions.
  • Proven ability to learn technologies quickly
  • Innovative approach to technology and user experience design
  • Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills
  • Quick to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter - can take an initiative and hit the ground running with little to no direction

💰Salary & Equity: In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary of $100,000-$130,000 as well as stock options
