The position assumes full ownership of the design to include iterative testing and tuning on the actual industrial design. As such you will be collaborating with RF, Systems, Mechanical design and Electrical engineering team members who would support the productization of the antenna.

Please note: While we are a remote first company and the typical work week can be conducted remotely, this position will require 25-30% travel to our HQ in Atlanta, GA.

  • Proven track record of bringing products from a prototyping and conception phase all the way through mass production

Feeling uneasy that you haven’t ticked every box? That’s okay; we’ve felt that way too. Studies have shown women and minorities are less likely to apply unless they meet all qualifications. We encourage you to break the status quo and apply to roles that would make you excited to come to work every day.

  • Learn about Flock products and how to use them in the lab.

  • Working on establishing and recording your antenna design documentations and work flow processes.

  • Complete a full cycle design of a standard dipole design using the SW tools, the milling machines and the antenna measurement chamber.

The First 60 Days

  • You would be assigned with a real antenna design

  • You would start following the process you devised and deliver an initial antenna design concept and a prototype design.

90 Days & Beyond

  • You would mature your antenna design to get to an initial integrated and tested solution that provides functionality. Your 90 days target should demonstrate a path to meeting the specifications you targeted.

  • Over the course of the next few months you would be maturing the design and supporting the transition of the design into a large scale manufacturing
