We’re looking for an experienced competitive intelligence professional to join our product marketing team and lead the build out of our competitive programs as Front enters its next phase of growth. Having just launched our rebrand, we are positioned to win in the customer service space with a disruptive product that teams absolutely love—every day, leading support teams are switching to Front from legacy help desk solutions. Arming our GTM teams with the competitive insights and enablement they need to win head-to-head will be a key driver of our growth, and this is a unique opportunity to come in and build these programs from the ground up. This role will thrive on sourcing and synthesizing actionable insights, partnering with cross-functional teams to leverage them in marketing touchpoints and sales enablement, and directly influencing go-forward product strategy. From win/loss analysis to battlecard creation and tracking emerging competitive threats, this is a unique opportunity to impact Front’s trajectory through best-in-class competitive intelligence programs.

What will you be doing?

  • Evaluate and track competitor product offerings, marketing narratives, and company news to form and continuously update Front’s SWOT and position in the customer service space

  • Translate competitive insights into actionable enablement and resources for field teams such as battlecards, talk tracks and decks, object handling resources, internal competitor demos, and more

  • Bring competitive stories to life across key marketing touchpoints like competitive webpages, case studies, thought leadership content, and outbound campaigns

  • Influence product strategy through analysis of competitor products and win/loss data to find opportunities for Front to amplify its strengths

  • Implement and own a competitive intelligence platform (e.g. Crayon) to scale competitive monitoring and field enablement

What skills & experience do you need?

  • 8+ years of overall work experience, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS competitive intelligence

  • Analytical mindset to digest market, competitor, and win/loss data—both qualitative and quantitative—to source actionable insights

  • Strong writing and communication skills to translate competitive intelligence into compelling messaging that enables teams to win

  • Strategic collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to leverage competitive insights in campaigns and creative, sales enablement and collateral, and product roadmap decisions

  • A keen attention to detail and quality with high standards for the work you deliver

  • A big plus: experience with and passion for the customer experience software space
