In this role, you will:

Lead large scale projects from incubation to execution
Scope, set objectives, and align stakeholders for projects
Identify project risks early and implement action plans to mitigate or eliminate risks
Develop and implement robust project charters & plans, processes and workflows based on prioritization and schedule
Establish appropriate ownership for all deliverables
Track and report project progress on a regular cadence, providing important updates to key stakeholders and management
Collaborate with departments across the company, key stakeholders and external vendors, facilitating meetings when necessary
Maintain the quality of all project documents/data to assure the integrity of a project
Manage and deliver projects on-time and within budget, maintaining a strong understanding of deliverables across all channels
Lead post mortem with Leaders from various stakeholder departments recaps and report on key findings, identifying opportunities for efficiency
Track project budget closely, ensuring project stays within scope and identifying any potential overrun as early as possible
Quantify results of projects, providing clear and concise summaries to leadership
Present to Executive level on regular basis, communicating project outcomes and key findings in an efficient and effective manner
Take complete ownership over project execution, outcomes, and results
Manage many different projects simultaneously and be responsible for delivering results in a timely manner

We are looking for:

Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience as a project manager or related fields such as marketing operations managing multiple complex projects from end to end
Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with key stakeholders and executives
Strong track record of owning and delivering successful large scale projects on-time
Self-starter with a strong bias for action that can operate autonomously
Ability to navigate ambiguous situations while showcasing agility and critical thinking when projects are not going according to plan
Ability to manage multiple stakeholder personalities with project outcomes in mind
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects concurrently, with confidence to multi-task and delegate as required while still adhering to process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management skills
Analytically-minded that is comfortable working with large data sets
Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or e-commerce company is ideal
PMP, ACP, Scrum Master, ITIL, Lean or other project management certifications with demonstrable application desired
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office as well as project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Notion, and Confluence

The hiring range for this position is below, plus benefits (401K, paid time off, dental, medical, vision, disability, life insurance options). To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. $88,000—$110,000 USD
