Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing growth strategies, managing our development team, and ensuring the successful launch of high-quality product features. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the dating app market, LGBTQ+ community, extensive experience in product management, and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy Development:
Develop innovative growth strategies to drive user acquisition and monetization.
Analyze market trends, user feedback, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and engineering teams to optimize user experience and increase conversion rates.

Product Development and Management:
Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
Define and prioritize product roadmap, balancing strategic goals with user needs and technical feasibility.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Manage and mentor a cross-functional development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Work closely with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate product vision into actionable tasks.
Ensure clear communication and alignment across all teams, facilitating smooth and efficient product development.

Quality Assurance and Launch:
Implement rigorous testing and quality assurance processes to ensure product reliability and performance.

Qualifications:

Experience and Skills:
8+ years of experience in consumer mobile product management, preferably within the datingspace.
Proven experience in developing and executing growth strategies that drive significant user and revenue growth.
Strong background in managing development teams and launching high-quality products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies, including agile development practices.
