Who we are

At HomeVision, we're working to build a more efficient, transparent, and equitable housing market, by empowering real estate professionals, financial institutions, and home buyers with tools and data to make better decisions about a $40 trillion asset class. We’ve started by creating a single, centralized valuation platform that allows any homeowner, lender, realtor, or investor to efficiently assess the quality, contents and conditions of a home and quickly derive an accurate, comprehensive valuation. Building on the success of our AI-driven platform for property valuation, we’re starting to extend our tools with capabilities to enable a higher quality and faster assessment of a borrower’s ability to repay, ultimately covering the entire home financing process.
We're a team of experienced technology and real estate professionals and we're backed by Initialized Capital.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be a flexible member of a tight-knit team and partner with engineering to turn our vision into reality. You’ll help us unpack often ambiguous and varied workflow problems and build out a roadmap of features that give our customers the ability to be an order of magnitude more productive, without compromising quality, through AI-driven tools and automation. In collaboration with the engineering team, you’ll drive the execution of this roadmap and bring these features to life while using a data-driven mindset to highlight the value we’re creating.

Primary Responsibilities

Own a roadmap to build products from ideation to launch, including laying out the business case, prioritization, defining requirements and driving execution
Own the day-to-day execution of product initiatives for homeowners, appraisers, lenders, and appraisal management companies
Wear many hats - you’ll oversee product launches but also help develop go-to-market strategies, relevant operational process and coordinate with customer teams to drive successful product adoption
Establish product success metrics and regularly monitor product performance against those metrics
Clearly outline and understand the risk management and compliance requirements to manage the business within our risk appetite
Acts as the subject matter expert on their product, staying up to date on industry trends and best practices, and providing guidance to other teams.

Who you are

5-10+ years product management and development experience, building and shipping high quality products
Comfortable spanning the stack - You can think in terms of the big picture, but deliver on the details with clear objectives, but sometimes limited, ambiguous, or varied direction
A student of the business - you need to understand the why and how the company produces value and you are constantly thinking about how your roadmap is driving that value
High sense of ownership and bias towards action. You want to work in a startup environment where you can make decisions quickly and own and measure the outcomes of those decisions
Deep curiosity for how complex systems work, and an ability to internalize and synthesize this information quickly
Comfort with various AI related tools and techniques and an internalized understanding of how these capabilities can be practically deployed in a compliance-heavy and highly regulated environment
Ability to operate cross-functionally, leading and influencing colleagues, and ultimately leading to timely tactical decision making to advance our objectives
Great communicator. You can distill a complex problem into its essential elements, and clearly communicate your vision to the team and executives
Experience building B2B software for complex and regulated industries
Data-Driven with strong analytical skills and a willingness to run your own analysis. Knowledge of SQL is a plus
Interest or experience in financial services, real estate or complex marketplaces

What we'll offer you

A competitive salary and an equity package that is meaningful
Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
401k
Paternity/maternity leave
Flexible vacation policy
A high degree of autonomy and ownership of your work
Support for your professional goals and learning within and beyond the company, through your manager and peers
