We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Data Product Lead.
In this multifaceted role, you will be at the forefront of shaping our data analytics product, collaborating with data engineering and product teams, and providing hands-on customer support. As a key member of our small but ambitious team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our data capabilities, driving user onboarding strategies, and addressing complex data queries that go beyond the capabilities of our tool.
- Data Expertise:
- Field and resolve data-related queries beyond self-service capabilities, showcasing a profound understanding of our product's capabilities.
- Enhance the data capabilities of our platform by providing additional insights into questions that the tool couldn't address, contributing to the refinement of our models.
- Data Product Development:
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and Head of Product to enhance and broaden the capabilities of our data analytics product.
- Provide constructive feedback to the engineering team to improve both data and non-data user experiences.
- User Onboarding:
- Formulate and execute onboarding strategies, ensuring users can unlock the full potential of our platform.
- Develop intuitive documentation to facilitate seamless user adoption.
- Customer Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support, adeptly handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring an outstanding user experience.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address intricate user challenges.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a related field.
- SQL: Strong proficiency with SQL.
- Data Tooling: Proven track record of working with data tools, analytics platforms, or similar products.
- Data Engineering: Understanding of data engineering concepts, such as data modeling techniques.
- Customer Centric Mindset: Ability to empathize with users and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data and product development.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a startup environment with the ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to evolving responsibilities.
