As a Senior Channel Development Representative , you play a key role in driving our business growth and establishing lasting relationships with key customers. You focus on identifying and making connections with qualified leads.

Your Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to generate new leads
  • Build connections with key clients through cold calls, emails, social media and events
  • Work closely with internal subject matter experts to understand the product and value proposition in order to be a true Orderful ambassador
  • Represent Orderful at networking events, being the first point of contact for many of our prospects
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and other members of the business development team to develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed specific targets
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospects
  • Manage and update the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
  • Manage and maintain the relationship with existing longtail partners


  • Must be willing to travel both domestically and internationally
  • Must be able to travel (valid passport)
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar lead generation role
  • 3+ years of experience in a managing a book of business
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communicator via phone, email, and presentation to articulate the value proposition, technical value, and financial impact
  • Experience with outreach (e.g. cold calling, in-person networking, emails, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Experience with EDI considered an asset
  • Experience running Marketing and Sales campaigns in either Outreach or Zoominfo considered an asset
  • Must be assertive, able to work independently and in a cross-functional team, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
