About The Role

The Integration Services Team is composed of Integration Specialists who play a critical role in helping our customers integrate their back-end systems of record with Orderful's API. As an Integration Specialist, you will assist customers in seamlessly connecting their systems using low-code solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their integration needs and provide expert guidance to ensure successful implementation.

What You'll Do

Facilitate Customer Integrations

Successfully assists customers in integrating their back-end systems with Orderful's API through a consistent, scalable process.

This Includes

Understanding customer integration requirements and providing expert guidance.
Assisting customers in setting up integrations using low-code platforms like Workato, Digibee, Mulesoft, etc.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to integrations.
Educating and training customers on best practices for integration.
Ensuring customers progress through the integration process and achieve key milestones.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Managing and reporting on project milestones and KPIs

Champion Continuous Product Improvement

Provide your expertise and feedback internally to improve Orderful’s product and integration processes.
Identify, formalize, categorize, and escalate product feedback from customers.
Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to enhance integration capabilities.

About You

Ideal Profile: You have 3+ years of integration experience using low-code solutions such as Workato, Digibee, Mulesoft, or similar platforms. You possess strong analytical skills with a high aptitude for problem-solving. You are adept at helping customers navigate complex integration challenges and are excited to tackle the EDI problem with a product mindset using modern technology.

Technical Expertise: You have a deep understanding of integration platforms and are curious about learning new technologies.
EDI / ETL Forward: You understand the concepts of EDI and ETL architecture, and can implement scalable solutions that work for the majority of use cases.

High Aptitude: You have a quick learning ability and can grasp complex concepts efficiently.
Customer-Focused: You are committed to delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in system integration using low-code platforms such as Workato, Digibee, Mulesoft, or similar tools.
Strong analytical skills with a high aptitude for problem-solving.
Familiarity with API integrations and EDI standards.
Experience working with back-end systems of record (e.g., ERP, CRM systems).
Understanding of supply chain processes and EDI communication channels is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced (preferably startup) environment.

Bonus Skills

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
Ability to analyze data using SQL, Tableau, or other methods.
Basic coding experience in any language (e.g., JavaScript, Python).

The Pay Range For This Role Is

107,000 - 130,000 USD per year(Remote - United States)
