What You'll Do
Own Partner Communication
Successfully gather EDI requirements from partners
This Includes
Ideal profile: You’ve worked in EDI as a business analyst or a EDI testing team. You understand most common EDI transactions in the retail and/or transportation industry.
You understand and have experienced most EDI pain points when onboarding and testing a new partner and you’re ready to tackle the EDI problem with a product mindset and using modern technology.
As an EDI Network Enablement Specialist, you will interact directly with partners via an email outreach tool and be responsible for the quality of our EDI network requirements.
Your Qualities
The Pay Range For This Role Is
70,000 - 85,000 USD per year(Remote - United States)
63,000 - 75,000 CAD per year(Remote - Canada)

- The Network Team is included in the Product department and composed of Network Enablement Specialists. The network activities include:
- Reaching out to partners to gather their EDI requirements for our some customers
- Digitizing requirements on the Orderful Network
What You'll Do
Own Partner Communication
Successfully gather EDI requirements from partners
This Includes
- Communicate with partners on behalf of our customers
- Coordinate the EDI setup for our customers
- Gather and analyze partner requirements
- Build a relationship with partners
- Configure new EDI requirements on the Orderful Network
- Maintain and improve the Orderful network
- Provide your expertise and opinion internally, to improve Orderful’s product and process.
- Identify, formalize, categorize and escalate product feedback
- Identify tasks and opportunities for process or product automation.

- 2+ years of supply chain/EDI experience working in software or a technical field or degree in relevant fields
- Understand EDI guidelines (X12 or EDIFACT) and business processes
- Familiarity with EDI communication channels: AS2, SFTP/FTP, etc.
- Experience working in a fast paced (preferably startup) environment
- Data oriented and technically minded
