About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our Sales Team. This role focuses on strategic, enterprise-level customer acquisition, building and managing high-value relationships, and driving revenue growth within Fortune 500 and upper middle-market companies. You will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing complex sales cycles.

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Orderful, you will contribute to our continued growth by representing our platform and showcasing its value to large organizations with extensive supply chain needs.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with Fortune 500 and other enterprise accounts.
  • Develop strategic account plans to expand Orderful’s reach within large organizations and ensure sustained growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Lead client presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and address technical inquiries to highlight the value of Orderful’s solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and to help shape product roadmaps.
  • Negotiate and close complex contracts that deliver mutual benefits and strengthen Orderful’s market presence.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and detailed documentation within CRM (Salesforce).
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates to the leadership team.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Orderful at industry events, tradeshows, and conferences.

About You

  • You are a skilled salesperson, capable of engaging in high-level business and technical conversations across multiple levels within large, complex organizations.
  • You have experience working with Fortune 500 and other enterprise-level companies.
  • You possess a deep understanding of the enterprise buyer journey and excel at leading complex sales cycles in a highly consultative manner.
  • You are analytical by nature, enjoy dissecting business models, and have a strong ability to help enterprise clients quantify their investment decisions.
  • You thrive on prospecting new business opportunities and can independently manage the full sales cycle with enterprise clients, from initial engagement to close.
  • You excel in environments where you contribute to refining the sales process, articulating value propositions, and developing key sales tools and assets.
  • You are committed to continuous improvement in your work and seek new ways to progress, learn, and adapt.
  • You possess strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record in handling complex contract negotiations with large organizations.
  • Bonus: You have a proven history of success selling EDI software and supporting enterprise customers with supply chain and EDI initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology-based industries.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and closing large, complex deals.
  • Extensive experience selling to large enterprises, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate the value of API-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and sales productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and represent Orderful at industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the EDI or supply chain industry.
  • Strong technical background or experience with API-based SaaS solutions.
  • Formal sales training or certifications in consultative or solution-based selling methodologies.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

135,000 - 160,000 USD per year(Remote - United States)

115,000 - 145,000 CAD per year(Remote - Canada)
