Simultaneously, you will assist in initiatives aimed at understanding, documenting, facilitating, and configuring business systems and process improvements. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our Salesforce platform aligns with the evolving needs of our business, while also supporting broader organizational objectives related to process efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate for this hybrid role is detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses strong communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical requirements and business needs seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into sales performance and business metrics.
  • Stay current on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring data consistency and seamless workflow automation.
  • Maintain integrations and configurations of integrated platforms to ensure they adhere to the current sales process
  • Participate in training sessions and guide Salesforce users to maximize adoption and utilization of the platform.
  • Administer business application packages, including user additions and changes, troubleshooting, and investigating issues according to established standards.
  • Document business system flows and processes, develop a high-level understanding of the application ecosystem, and support efforts to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted resource to the revenue teams, providing support with ad hoc operational projects as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Sales Cloud Consultant are highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders and cross-functional resources at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Experience with data management and integration, including data loading, data modelling, and API integration.
