About the Role

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Administrator to support and optimize the tools and systems that power our go-to-market (GTM) teams—Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Based in our Guadalajara office, you’ll manage a modern revenue tech stack and work closely with U.S.-based teams. This role focuses less on Salesforce itself and more on the tools integrated with it—like Outreach, Gong, Pandadoc, ZoomInfo, Clay (prospecting automation), Nue (CPQ automation), and others.

You’ll be the go-to expert for tool administration, automation, integration, and process improvement, helping to drive efficiency and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

Revenue Tech Stack Management

  • Administer and support tools like Outreach, Gong, Pandadoc, ZoomInfo, Clay, Sales Navigator, and Nue.
  • Ensure smooth integration across platforms, including Salesforce.
  • Serve as the point of contact for vendor tools—manage configurations, troubleshoot issues, and drive adoption.

Process & Systems Optimization

  • Identify and automate inefficient workflows across GTM teams.
  • Collaborate to refine processes aligned with team and revenue goals.
  • Build cross-system automations to reduce manual work.

Data Integrity & Insights

  • Maintain accurate data across tools and ensure consistent syncing with Salesforce.
  • Create dashboards and reports to inform decision-making.
  • Track tool usage, campaign performance, and sales metrics for optimization.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Enablement.
  • Help develop sequences, templates, and enablement content in tools like Outreach and Gong.
  • Provide responsive support for tool-related requests.

Training & Enablement

  • Lead onboarding and ongoing training on GTM tools and best practices.
  • Create documentation and resources to promote adoption and ease of use.
  • 4+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Business Systems Administration.
  • Hands-on experience with GTM tools: Outreach and Gong. (Nice to have experience with others like PandaDoc, Clay (prospecting), Nue (CPQ), etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce integrations (certification's a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills; data-driven decision-making mindset.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)—critical for daily collaboration with U.S.-based team members and stakeholders.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Comfort with fast-paced, evolving environments and new technologies.
  • Must be based in Guadalajara with ability to work on-site 3+ days/week.
