The Role

Ottimate is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to maintain and enhance our Salesforce platform to support our growing business needs. This role will be responsible for managing system configurations, user access, automation, and reporting to optimize sales and revenue operations. The ideal candidate is an expert in Salesforce administration, passionate about process improvements, and proactive in identifying and implementing system enhancements.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce, managing system configurations, workflows, and security settings.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Automate processes using Salesforce Flow, validation rules, and other declarative tools.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and system access to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and implement system improvements.

What You'll Need

  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data structures, automation tools, and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience with system integrations and third-party tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
