Who we are

Pano AI’s Mission: Pano AI is a pioneer in the field of climate change adaptation, founded to accelerate global adaptation to the increasing frequency and intensity of climate-related disasters. Pano AI combines hardware, AI, and cloud-based software to deliver disaster preparedness technology solutions. We are the first company to offer a fully-integrated active wildfire detection solution that uses satellites, ultra HD panoramic cameras, and artificial intelligence to help fire authorities identify and extinguish new ignitions before they become a threat, safeguarding lives, communities, and the environment. All wildfires start small. The key to prevention is detecting new ignitions early so that first responders can stop them from growing into a larger threat.

About Pano AI : Pano AI is a Series A stage venture-backed climate tech startup that is the leader in wildfire early detection. Recent media coverage includes articles from the San Francisco Chronicle , Bloomberg , GreenBiz , GovTech , TD World , and a video of our industry leading partnership with T-Mobile on 5G .

Our team is composed of seasoned technology professionals from companies such as Cisco, Apple, and Nest. Headquartered in San Francisco with an office and factory in the Mission District, our hybrid team works from locations around the world. Founded in mid-2020, we’ve raised over $28M from leading VC funds and prominent angel investors, including the CEOs of Gitlab, HomeLight, and People.AI . We recently announced a $20M Series A investment led by Initialized Capital with support from leading Climate Tech VC’s Congruent and DCVC.
