We’re continuing to invest heavily in building the most talented team in the Creator Economy and are looking for a People Program Lead to support our mission.
This role is based in San Francisco or New York City and open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.
About the Role
The People Program Lead at Patreon will be responsible for executing on a strategy that builds an inclusive workplace culture and supports the growth and development of all team members. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing various talent management initiatives aimed at attracting, retaining, and developing top talent within the organization. You will collaborate closely with HR leadership, departmental heads, and cross-functional teams to align talent strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success.
As a key member of the People team, you will report to the Head of Talent Programs & Partnerships and work closely with leaders, employees, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver training and development programs that drive employee development, and help infused equity into all people programs
Development and implementation of talent programs and initiatives in the areas of performance, manager development and capability building, etc.
Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent programs and initiatives
About You
8+ years of experience in the people space, and at least 3+ years of program management
Experience with people programs: designing and implementing successful people programs and initiatives is a must
Bias to action: Speed matters. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to think strategically and pragmatically, while taking rapid and decisive steps forward
