About the role
The Business Talent Sourcer is responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for Rippling's non-tech teams. This includes developing and executing sourcing strategies, building relationships with hiring managers, and conducting candidate outreach. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the non-tech landscape and be able to identify and attract the best and brightest talent.
What you will do
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for business roles.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct candidate outreach, including phone screens, scheduling interviews, and managing the candidate experience.
  • Source candidates through a variety of channels, including online, networking, and referrals.
  • Evaluate and assess candidate skills and experience.
  • Partner with the recruiting team to make offers and close candidates.
What you will need
  • 3+ years of experience in Sourcing or Recruiting (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Support, Account Management or G&A).
  • Previous startup experience and an unwavering ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to source, attract, and hire top talent.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
