About Rippling

Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.

Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.2B from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.

About the role

Rippling is looking for a highly skilled RevOps Platform Operations Manager to support our rapidly growing sales organization and territory operations function. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the day-to-day data technical operations within our territory management program, supporting our internal technical integrations, data management within our master data warehouses and CRM, and owning validation of key business data points and metrics that drive our GTM motion. You will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing a top-tier GTM technology stack that directly contributes to Rippling's pipeline growth and global scale. The perfect candidate for this role is dedicated to innovation and possesses a strategic mindset with a comprehensive understanding of sales technology and data automation.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with senior members of the team and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the smooth functioning of our outbound territory operations motion rooted in data fidelity excellence and scalable infrastructure of our internal and 3rd party systems. In addition to keeping our operations running smoothly, you’ll also have the opportunity to uncover insights, develop recommendations, and then implement programs to improve our sales organization. You ideally have worked in fast-paced environments before and are comfortable working as part of a team or independently.

What you will do

  • Will service as primary partner and strategist to our cross functional Business Applications and growth engineering teams to develop home-grown territory operations technologies and processes within SFDC to support the GTM motion
  • Focus on establishing automation for current manual processes; including territory carving and balancing and account assignments
  • Ensure that our go-to-market CRM and account database data is accurate and reliable, and develop processes to monitor and maintain data quality and scale
  • Build and maintain data automation in tools like Openprise, Snowflake, and Census, ensuring data is captured and processed efficiently
  • Own your sprint planning process; collaborate, prioritize, and communicate updates for requests with cross functional stakeholders
  • Partner cross functionally to develop a territory operations data governance framework, with an initial focus on updating and organizing internal resources documenting lineage
  • Collaborate with the RevOps leadership team to execute and iterate on strategic initiatives supporting existing database enrichment and net new account acquisition and availability
  • Build technical/implementation documentation that clearly articulates implementation requirements as well as business justification
  • Build business facing documentation that takes a complex solution and makes it consumable for non-technical teams
  • Partner closely with the Growth Analytics team to ensure their data inputs are accurate and standardized across our products and CRM and GTM pipeline

What you will need

  • 5+ years of professional work experience in supporting and managing data tied to Revenue Operations, Territory Operations, Field Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Sales Finance, and GTM data
  • Able to work with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving startup or a hyper growth environment
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and conceptual problem-solving skills
  • Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Strong Microsoft Excel / Google G-Sheets skills
  • Preferred competency with SQL, Snowflake, ETL/data pipelines
  • Salesforce Certified // 3-5 years in an administrator capacity
