About the role

Rippling has grown to hundreds of millions in revenue by pouring resources into infrastructure that allow us to rapidly build, launch, and scale new product lines. We’ve built Rippling as a multi-product company from the ground up.

Now, it’s time to take our newest product line to market and scale it quickly.

That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a seasoned product marketer to drive our marketing for an exciting new product line that is a huge investment for Rippling. This is a career-transformative opportunity for the right person.

This role is based in either San Francisco or New York.

What you will do

  • Own the marketing plan and success for our new product line. You’ll ensure every part of the sales and marketing organization is rowing in the right direction both during launch and afterward.
  • Ensure we have the right messaging by conducting market research, using the product, talking to early customers, and iterating rapidly with our sales team.
  • Produce sales and marketing assets that explain Rippling’s value proposition compared to competitors, highlight early customer wins, and more. You’ll roll up your sleeves on some things yourself, and guide the work of cross-functional teams on other assets.
  • Provide the product team with market insights and customer feedback, so we can make our product better over time.

What you will need

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience
  • Demonstrated excellence at messaging, positioning, and storytelling. We have a powerful story to tell, and we’re looking for someone who can help wow our prospects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves; even at our scale we’re very scrappy.
  • Comfortable with significant ambiguity and iteration; this is a new product area and we’ll have to move quickly to learn and adapt.
