The Role:
We are seeking Contract Recruiters to join our dynamic Talent team for a 6-month contract supporting hiring across our Clinical, Care Delivery, and/or Pharmacy teams. You will play a critical role in shaping our teams by identifying and engaging talent that contributes to the diversity and success of our teams at Ro and by facilitating a seamless hiring process.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Clinical, Care Delivery, and/or Pharmacy roles, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Proactively source and engage a diverse pool of candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and opportunity alignment
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteria.
- Ensure the timely completion and collection of interview feedback.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Extend offers and manage negotiations to successfully close candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle corporate recruiter, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Experience recruiting for Clinical (Practitioners, Nurses), Care Delivery (Member Experience, Patient Advocates), and/or Pharmacy (Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians) roles
- Strong sourcing skills with a focus on building diverse talent pipelines
- Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms; Lever experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with an unparalleled sense of urgency and commitment to getting things done without sacrificing quality
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hiring best practices and labor laws
We are hiring across multiple levels. The hourly rate for new hires in this position ranges from $38-$67. When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
