About the role:

Zepz is looking for a Senior Analyst/Administrator for BlackLine on Zepz brands. This person needs skills in managing requests, pushing for delivery, documenting processes, and prioritizing automation. They will need to be able to cross functionally to drive change and efficiencies.

What you will own:

In order to make an impact, you will:

  • Have an opportunity to work with different financial systems with a BlackLine emphasis which includes supporting users to utilize the full potential of their functionalities/capabilities and managing configuration
  • Be the point person for ongoing and future BlackLine implementations
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of processes, system configurations, customisations, and integrations
  • Identify, document, and communicate information pertaining to business processes slated for automation
  • Manage and execute the BlackLine release process including the evaluation of new features and impact analysis of changes on existing processes
  • Help in delivering regular Reporting to the Finance Teams, as required
  • Advise system end users on their cases and suggest the right solutions to issues

What you bring to the table:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in system administration, configuration, and customization
  • Excellent understanding of business processes and requirements, with the ability to translate them into effective BlackLine solutions
  • Results-focused individual who is able to bridge the link between engineers, the business through strong communication skills.
  • Work alongside with program management and/or SME's on project prioritization and process documentation
  • Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot, formulas, basic VBA)
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
