About the Team:

Reporting into the CMO, and as a member of the Sift Marketing leadership team, the Brand Marketing leader is responsible for the strategic position and expression of the Sift brand on a worldwide basis. The brand marketing team includes creative and design professionals as well as dedicated resources for web development and production.

What We’re Looking For:

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing our digital and brand marketing strategies to drive brand clarity, market presence, and business growth. You will lead a talented team of design and development professionals and own the end-to-end responsibility for the Sift brand, creative expression, production of all corporate content assets, and the strategic development and production of our corporate website at sift.com. By leveraging your expertise in corporate marketing and fintech or cybersecurity industries, you will elevate our company's positioning, engage target audiences, and strengthen our competitive advantage.

What you’ll do:

  • Corporate Brand Strategy:

    • Develop and execute the corporate brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, mission, and values.

    • Oversee the evolution of brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with our target audience.

  • Website Management and Optimization:

    • Own the business strategy and outcomes for Sift.com. Align and drive to a set of KPIs for website performance data to identify areas for investment and improvement, and implement optimization strategies.

    • Lead all Sift.com design, content, and user experience roadmap decisions, reflecting the brand's identity and driving traffic, lead generation and conversions.

    • Lead the efficient production of sift.com delivering new capabilities on tie and optimizing site operations and stability.

    • Influence SEO strategy and optimization, working closely with the content and demand generation teams.

  • Creative Direction and Design:

    • Lead the creative expression for all Sift marketing campaigns and industry events that promote our company's solutions, products, and thought leadership.

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling marketing assets, including visuals, videos, and multimedia content.

  • Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage the corporate marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.

    • Monitor expenses and track marketing performance metrics.

  • Team Leadership and Development:

    • Lead, mentor, and empower a team of design and development professionals including full time employees, agencies, and contractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

    • Provide guidance, feedback, and growth opportunities to team members.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in corporate and brand marketing leadership roles within the cybersecurity or fraud prevention industry or a relevant field, including at least 3 years of people management experience

  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing corporate branding strategies and creative marketing campaigns.

  • Strong understanding of website design principles, user experience, and SEO best practices.

  • Excellent creative vision and ability to translate ideas into impactful marketing initiatives.

  • Proficiency in analyzing marketing data and metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Strategic mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives through marketing efforts.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
