The Role
As our Director of Marketing Campaigns, you will build and own integrated marketing campaigns and programs to target, engage, and nurture prospects across multiple channels, including events, out-of-home advertising, webinars, digital paid media, social, possibly TV spots, and nurture programming. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to determine target segments and deliver holistic campaign plans that elevate market awareness and drive demand and pipeline for our products and solutions. This role requires a collaborative, data-driven strategist passionate about building integrated customer journeys and learning new technologies. This Director of Campaigns will report to our VP of Marketing and is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, optimizing, and overseeing various marketing campaigns for each product and service we have in the market.
Responsibilities
Plan
- Determine target segments and buyer groups for Silo products and services
- Develop campaign plans with clear owners of every task (RACI or other framework) and timeline of deliverables.
- Develop strategy for every campaign that includes a specific media mix (digital, offline, partners, events) and budget to support overall campaign goals.
Create
- Oversee content development supporting all campaign channels using internal and external resources.
- Ensure messaging is aligned with product offerings and customer needs for optimal resonance.
- Ensure all content creation is delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure that the content created is according to brand standards and is accurate and error-free.
Launch
- Commit to pre-launch training and alignment with sales and ELT to ensure alignment, amplification, and expected results.
- Establish go/no-go critical assets and timing to launch in-market. As Director of Marketing Campaigns, you are accountable for the timeliness of campaign launches driven by internal organization and market condition readiness.
Manage, Evaluate, and Optimize
- Oversee and own all aspects of campaign optimization discussions across all asset classes and media channels.
- Ensure regular (>2x/ week) campaign status discussions and call for channel owner evaluations for campaign optimization.
Report
- Provide consistent reporting (depending on the campaign's duration, whether weekly, monthly, or quarterly) on campaign performance, including recommendations and optimization tactics leveraged.

What You Will Do

  • Manage end-to-end campaign strategy and launch across Product Marketing, Creative/Interactive, Content, Partner, Field Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Own and manage the master bill of materials for persona-based content for top-of-funnel through bottom-of-funnel programs.
  • Execute digital programs designed to inform and educate buyers on the value of event streaming from awareness through consideration.
  • Work with enablement and operations to ensure Sales & SDRs can successfully follow up and drive pipeline from campaigns.
  • Partner with the Field Enablement team to develop appropriate content, training, and messaging to move prospects down the funnel.
  • Work closely with partner marketing to develop and execute campaign content and strategies to reach prospects considering the value benefits and competitive landscape.
  • Manage & measure campaign pipe generation performance against goals; share and report on campaign performance at QBRs/quarterly retro’d meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in B2B marketing campaign management (including ABM, product marketing) with a track record in generating pipeline and accelerating deal closure through comprehensive campaign strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills in tracking, reporting, and deriving insights from key performance metrics, coupled with experience in high-velocity marketing and sales environments.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including writing and presenting, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts; experience in working with international, cross-functional teams and partner ecosystems.
  • Self-driven and innovative individual with robust project management abilities; experience in marketing to technical audiences and applying product-led growth strategies for product adoption.

  • Proficiency in using marketing tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, combined with experience in collaborating with external marketing agencies to build comprehensive marketing programs involving a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across various departments and levels, with the ability to take ownership, adapt to feedback, and integrate insights effectively.
