We recognize the inter-relationship between sleep and mental health and strive to provide comprehensive care by integrating mental health and sleep management. With a team of dedicated professionals and a friendly work environment, we prioritize both patient outcomes and clinician well-being.
Responsibilities
- Conduct teletherapy sessions with our patients
- As needed, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of sleep professionals to coordinate patient care
- Participate in training to stay updated on the latest in sleep therapy (a nice-to-have is if you have any pre-existing experience delivering CBT-I to patients, but that's not required or expected)
- Maintain case documentation and client progress reports
- Be a part of a clinic that recognizes the intersection of sleep and mental health, offering you the opportunity to develop unique knowledge and expertise
- Work in a supportive, respectful, and flexible environment that values our clinicians
- Get full admin support—no need to deal with no-shows, scheduling, insurance credentialing, billing…etc.
- Be at the forefront of care innovation—we believe therapy shouldn’t end after the visit and provide our users with psychology-based resources between therapy visits
- Guaranteed salary, with the ability to make more by accepting a larger caseload (if applying for our full-time role)
- Full benefits including health insurance, vision, and dental, as well as 401K (if applying for our full-time role)
- Stable work environment: we are a thriving practice, are clinician-focused, and want to be the place that clinicians aspire to work at. We are in this for the long-term, and have a sizeable financial cushion to help us support our clinicians through economic downturns.
- Fully licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Experience delivering talk therapy to patients, fully independently
- Experience or comfort working with patients on stress, anxiety, and depression
- 25+ hours of weekly clinical availability to help clients (if applying for our full-time role; 5+ hours minimum for 1099/contractors)
- Flexible scheduling hours as needed in the early days to fill your initial caseload
